Not quite cast-on-itis since all the pieces of my Aqua Frieze are done….Not in the mood to sew in ends today so taking the time to do some planning.

The pink is a discontinued Cash Vera. I got gauge on 4mm needle to start an All the Love by Joji Locatelli. My plan is to knit the smallest size which is still quite a few inches of positive ease and make adjustments so the sleeves are my-size appropriate.

The red is a Cloudborn Alpaca/Merino/Silk that I got gauge on 3.25mm for a Cactus Blossom by Kathryn Folkerth.

Son’s blanket is going strong!

It is currently a 6′ triangle. I’m 4 inches from turning the corners to work back to a point! This has been car/travel knitting since mid-May and I can finally see the end in sight! My best-man has a horse event in two weeks so I have another opportunity for some solid knitting time. I don’t think it will be done by Christmas but surely long before it gets to be mid-May again!

NYdaughter has put in a request for socks. There is a new grandbaby to create a blanket for, and then what to knit for local daughter and my best-man? He definitely deserves something special!
